Product Description The Rycote Invision Microphone Shock Mount with 1/4 inch thread adaptor was designed for use with external camera microphones on top of many cameras with 1/4 inch threads. This lightweight, durable clamp-style shock-mount securely holds the microphone in place. Accommodating microphones between 19-25 mm in diameter, the clip is attached to the durable Rycote patented Lyre shock-mount for industry-leading isolation while protecting the microphone from vibration and noise caused by camera motor, drive and handling. Additional isolation is provided with a flexible cable clamp, to prevent cable-borne noise. Rycote Camera Shock Mounts are extremely robust and virtually unbreakable, as they do not use elastic or rubber components that are prone to wear and tear. A soft grip is moulded into each mic clip, preventing any slipping or twisting and providing a secure grip on the mic. They are suitable for use with Røde, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Saramonic and a variety of other small condenser and shotgun mics mounted externally.
